We want you to shop safely and with pleasure. That is why we only use payment systems that are the most current and trusted in terms of internet technology. On this page you will find all possible payment methods, so that you can choose the payment method that suits you best.
Secure payment
The payment details that you provide to make the actual payment are completely protected and cannot be read by TLM or otherwise retrieved. The explanation below shows step by step how the payment process works.
Payment process
You have made a choice for a specific item on the site and you have entered your address and delivery details. The payment screen with the various payment options will appear on your screen. From here you choose the desired payment method:
Online payment
If you choose an online payment method, upon successful processing, your payment will be received immediately by us and we can process your order immediately.
Credit card transactions are secure processed, we use the Mollie internet cash register to process these transactions. You can recognize a secure website by the lock on your screen during payment. We offer you the following online payment methods:
- iDEAL, online payment via ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot Bankiers
- credit card; we accept EuroCard/MasterCard and Visa
- Home'Pay from ING Bank (for Belgian customers of ING bank)
- Bancontact/Mister Cash (for Belgian customers of Fintro, Fortis, ING, Dexia, CBC, KBC, AXA or VDK Spaarbank)
- PayPal
Offline payment
With an offline payment method, it may take several working days before we receive your payment. Because your order will only be processed once we have received your payment, you should take a longer delivery time into account. You can choose from the following offline payment methods:
- transfer via Dutch bank or giro account
Our service partner Mollie
When you choose an online payment method, your computer is sent to the Payment via a secure line Provider Mollie led. This means that your data is sent encrypted (so-called secure connection).
You can recognize a secure connection by the lock on your screen. At that moment you will be redirected from the TLM website to the Mollie payment system. As soon as Mollie has received your payment, we will receive an approval and we will process your order.
Order confirmation by e-mail
Every completed order order will ultimately be confirmed by e-mail with an order confirmation. It is therefore important that you enter your email address correctly on the website!
The order confirmation by e-mail is not proof of payment, but indicates that the order procedure has been completed successfully and that we have received your order. TLM is entitled to refuse orders or request additional information.
Shipping*
When you have placed an order via our website, it will be delivered to you in the manner you specified. On this page you will find all information about our delivery, the various delivery methods and any delivery costs
Delivery
If you have ordered and paid for the items online (from Tuesday to Friday) before 3 p.m., your order will in principle be shipped the same working day. Orders placed and paid during the weekend (Friday after 3 p.m., Saturday, Sunday and Monday) will be shipped on Tuesday.

Ordering and delivery methods
To provide you with the best possible service, we offer you various ordering and delivery methods. So there is always one that suits you!
You can indicate what you prefer:
- Your order will be delivered to your home.
- You have your order delivered to a different address.
- Your order will be picked up at TLM in Nijmegen by yourself or someone else.
How will my package be delivered?
We will give your package to PostNL, DPD, UPS or DHL for delivery. We will send a confirmation by email as soon as your order has been shipped. In this email you will also find a Track & Trace code, so you can check for yourself when you receive your order. You can find out where your order is at any time via this email. It may happen that you are not at home when the postman delivers the package to you. If you are not at home, the delivery person will deliver your package again the next working day or Saturday.
If your package cannot be delivered for the second time, you will receive a notification stating where you can collect it. You can pick up your package (nearest post office or your neighbors). This way you don't have to stay at home especially for your package and you can still receive it quickly!
Shipping costs
All orders are shipped by parcel post. By shipping by parcel post we limit the risk of loss, damage or theft during the transport of your order. Due to this method of shipping, the risk of transport is entirely borne by TLM.

All foreign shipments are sent with PostNL, DPD, UPS or DHL. Also for foreign shipments you will receive an email confirming the shipment with the Track & Receive trace code. You can find out where your order is at any time via this email.

*In order to process your order, TLM must first receive your payment. There may be a difference of several working days between the debit from your account and the credit to our account. Your order will be processed once TLM has received your payment.
Return
We do everything we can to inform you about the articles via our website. If an item nevertheless does not meet your expectations, it can be returned. TLM does not cover the costs for returns.
Some conditions apply to returns:
Exchange conditions
- You can register return(s) via email or telephone. You can indicate which items you wish to return. After registering your returns, you will receive information about the procedure to be followed, such as packaging and the method of return.
- The items must be returned to us immediately, but no later than within 14 days after registration.
- The item to be returned must, if reasonably possible, still have labels and be returned in the original packaging and will not be taken back if the item is 1. Used or damaged, 2. you have attempted to repair a defect yourself, 3. you have not followed the instructions for use and/or usage instructions.
What does TLM do with returns that do not meet the above conditions?
- The moment we receive a return shipment, we automatically assume that you agree to crediting the returns . We advise you to keep the proof of shipment from the delivery service in case of any dispute. - If you do not post (sufficiently) postage on the return shipment, we are unfortunately forced to charge costs. This concerns the administration costs à € €4.95 and the costs charged to us by the delivery service for delivering unstamped shipments (from €14.00). This means that these costs are at least € will be 18.95. These costs will be deducted from the credit note of the items offered for exchange.
- Returns submitted outside the return period and shipped too late (postmark date is binding) will not be credited. These will be returned to you at TLM's expense. If a situation arises in which you anticipate problems may arise, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to find a solution.
Processing of your return
We will confirm both the registration and receipt of your return. You will be credited with the amount of the returns. If your entire order is returned, you will be credited with the full purchase amount including shipping costs.
Ordering a replacement item in the event of a return
If you wish to exchange an item, we request that you first register the item to be returned and then order the desired item via the e-mail or telephone or via the normal ordering procedure on our websites Please note that you will be responsible for postage costs for sending new items.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with our general terms and conditions. You can register the items you wish to withdraw for return. You will then receive further instructions on how to return the items to us. If it concerns the entire order, the contribution to the shipping costs will also be credited to you. The refund will be made within 30 days.
Do you have a complaint about an item, our services or about (the delivery of) your order?
A different procedure applies to reporting a complaint (or defect) than for returning items. We request that you inform us of the complaint as soon as possible, but no later than within two months. This can be done by telephone (every working day between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., +31 (0)24-3711111) or by e-mail (parts@tlm.nl).
We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible and, in consultation with you, will resolve the problem quickly and adequately. If you inform us of the complaint by e-mail, we request that you state your order number and telephone number so that we can contact you. We apply a maximum response period of 7 days.
